Starting with a trainer!

So everything has worked out and I'm starting with a personal trainer on Feb. 18! I'm so very excited and I think this is the boost I need! My trainer's name is Scott and he's amazing. He's so motivating and charismatic and I think he'll be a perfect fit for me!
We've decided to do three personal training sessions per week for three months. In addition, I'll also be getting a meal plan, which I'm really stoked about too!
This Thursday I'm going for a body composition test which I'm extremely nervous about! It'll measure my muscle mass, water weight and fat percentage *gulp* -- no more hiding and no more being in denial!
Oh yes, and the other thing I'm dreading is I have to take a photo of myself, in a bathing suit, before we start working out, so I have something to compare my progress to. Yikes! I will not be showing that to anyone -- except Scott! Haha!
So, I will let you all know how things go and I can't wait to start this journey!

YAYY i'm excited for you! I totally want to get a personal trainer but no money in my pockets! :( booo.
the fat percentage and picture might hurt now, but i bet you'll be OH SO GLAD you did it later when you can say.. WOW..that USED to be me.. but BABYYY not anymore!

Sounds great! I love personal training & will be very sad when mine is finished this spring. I've seen huge changes in my body, even though I've struggled with my eating. Definitely, I am NOT getting bulky. There are nice lean toned muscles under there! And you will love having someone to push you that little extra bit, and seeing the changes as you get stronger!

how exciting that you got a trainer!! and i have to say i a *tad* jealous!! can't wait to hear about it!!

oh and you will be glad to have that starting picture. i wish i would have taken one of myself in a swimsuit to compare!!
